Monica Zaharie (Babeş-Bolyai University, Romania) was awarded a PEERE ITC grant to presented a paper entitled “Drivers of performance in peer review” at the 15th International Conference on Human Resource Management 2018, which was held at the University Carlos III Madrid, Spain in 13-15 June 2018.

She summarised her experience as follows: “Attending the IHRM conference in Madrid has been an amazing opportunity to meet passionate academics who are involved in peer review research and practice in journals in HR. It was key for network development and gaining insights about the motivations that trigger performance in academic publishing. I am grateful for the support I received from Peere”.
